I store all the data I need in order to maintain my relationship with customers. For tax purposes, if you attend a course or buy a product, I will store your tax or VAT identification number, as well as all the data I need to issue a proper invoice in all jurisdictions in which I operate.

Access Consciousness is a franchise system that uses an international marketing tool shared through its website www.accessconsciousness.com .

I do not share your data with Facilitators with whom you have not taken a course.

Access Consciousness is bound by the same data protection agreement as the one to which I subscribe.

5. FOR HOW LONG IS THE DATA STORED?

I keep the data stored as long as ...

- I have a relationship with you as a client or interested party;
- I am legally obliged to do so for tax purposes;

- until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data.

6. WHAT DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AS A CUSTOMER?

As a customer, you have the right to ...

- manage your e-mail address or paid subscription;
- correct all the information I have stored;
- request details of the data concerning you that I have stored;
- request the deletion or restriction of access to your stored data.

7. ARE CLIENTS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR DATA?

I use several systems to store your data in order to fulfill my contractual commitments to customers.

In general, the information is stored in a cloud service and on computers in the country of my residence,

in the United States, the European Union and Australia.

10. HOW DO I PROTECT YOUR DATA?

The employees, contractors and external agencies of Access Consciousness with whom I work have all signed non-disclosure agreements. They were also trained in data protection.

The stored data can only be accessed through access points protected by users authorized to access the information.
